This Marketplace Policy outlines the rules, responsibilities, and expectations for all users to ensure a high-quality experience and maintain platform integrity.
To use Vefogix, users must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, complete registration details. Each user is allowed only one account unless explicitly approved. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities conducted under their account.
Vefogix reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, engage in suspicious activity, or violate platform policies.
To protect both buyers and publishers, all communication must remain within the Vefogix platform.

Any attempt to bypass platform communication may result in immediate action, including account suspension.
All payments must be processed through Vefogix. Buyers are required to pay upfront before an order begins. Publishers will receive payments only after successful delivery and order completion, subject to platform review and clearance periods.
Off-platform payments are strictly prohibited. Any attempt to bypass the payment system undermines platform trust and may lead to permanent account restrictions.
Publishers must deliver services within the timeframe specified in their gig. Clear communication and adherence to agreed requirements are essential. Buyers are entitled to request revisions as defined in the gig scope.
Failure to deliver on time, incomplete work, or poor service quality may negatively impact a publisher's ranking and account standing. Repeated issues may result in penalties or removal from the platform.
Orders may be cancelled under the following conditions:
Vefogix may act as a mediator in disputes and reserves the right to make final decisions based on available evidence. Abuse of the cancellation system may lead to penalties.
Reviews are a critical part of maintaining trust on the platform. Users are expected to provide honest, unbiased feedback based on actual experiences.
