Vefogix Marketplace Policy
This Marketplace Policy sets out the standards, rules, and expectations for all users of Vefogix. It is designed to protect marketplace integrity, promote trust, and maintain a secure and performance-driven environment for Buyers and Publishers.
1. User Accounts and Eligibility
- Users must be at least 18 years old.
- Registration information must be accurate, complete, and current.
- Only one account is permitted unless expressly approved by Vefogix.
- Users are responsible for maintaining account security and all activity under their accounts.
- Vefogix may verify identity or business details and may suspend or remove accounts that provide false information or engage in suspicious conduct.
2. Communication Guidelines
To protect both Buyers and Publishers, all service-related communication must remain within the Platform.
Strictly Prohibited
- sharing phone numbers, personal email addresses, WhatsApp, Telegram, Skype, or similar contact details;
- requesting off-platform calls, chats, or meetings for order handling;
- asking another user to communicate or transact outside Vefogix;
- sending external payment links or invoices.
Allowed
- discussing requirements through Vefogix chat;
- sending files, updates, screenshots, and proofs through Platform tools;
- clarifying service details within the Order workflow.
Any attempt to bypass Platform communication rules may result in warnings, order cancellation, payout holds, account suspension, or permanent removal.
3. Payments and Transactions
- All payments must be processed through Vefogix.
- Buyers must pay before an Order begins unless the Platform clearly provides another approved workflow.
- Publishers receive payout only after delivery, completion, and any applicable review or clearance period.
- Off-platform transactions are strictly prohibited.
- Attempts to bypass fees, controls, or payment systems may result in immediate enforcement action.
4. Orders, Delivery, and Revisions
- Publishers must deliver services within the timeframe stated in the Gig or Order.
- Deliveries must match the agreed scope and provide meaningful work related to the Order.
- Buyers should provide clear requirements and cooperate during the Order process.
- Revisions must stay within the original scope unless both parties agree otherwise.
- Repeated late delivery, incomplete work, or poor communication may affect visibility, ranking, and account standing.
5. Cancellations and Disputes
Orders may be canceled where:
- the Publisher fails to deliver on time,
- the service materially differs from the agreed scope,
- required information is not provided by the Buyer,
- both parties agree to cancel,
- Vefogix identifies policy violations, abuse, or suspicious conduct.
Vefogix may review available evidence and decide the appropriate outcome. Abuse of disputes or cancellations may result in restrictions.
6. Reviews and Ratings
Reviews help maintain trust across the marketplace. Users must provide fair, experience-based feedback.
Prohibited Review Conduct
- fake reviews,
- purchased reviews,
- incentivized reviews,
- review trading,
- threats involving feedback,
- manipulation of ratings in any form.
Vefogix may remove or restrict reviews that violate this policy.
7. Prohibited Services and Content
The following are not allowed on Vefogix:
- illegal or fraudulent services,
- spam-based or deceptive SEO services,
- fake traffic, fake backlinks, fake metrics, or fake engagement;
- copyright-infringing or trademark-infringing content,
- malware, phishing, or security abuse,
- adult, violent, hateful, abusive, or harmful material,
- misleading promises, false guarantees, or deceptive outcomes,
- services that violate third-party platform policies or applicable law.
Vefogix may remove any content or listing that violates this policy, with or without notice.
8. Gig Content Guidelines
All Gigs must be clear, accurate, relevant, and non-misleading.
Gig Requirements
- titles and descriptions must reflect the actual service offered;
- pricing and deliverables must be clearly described;
- prohibited claims, misleading promises, and false guarantees are not allowed;
- no external contact details, payment instructions, or direct off-platform links may appear in Gig content;
- content must comply with Platform quality standards and applicable law.
Vefogix may edit, limit, hide, reject, or remove non-compliant listings.
9. Ranking and Visibility
Gig visibility may be influenced by platform performance and marketplace signals, including:
- response time,
- completion rate,
- delivery performance,
- order quality,
- user engagement,
- Buyer satisfaction,
- dispute history,
- policy compliance,
- conversion performance.
Vefogix may use automated systems, internal scoring, moderation tools, and manual review to manage visibility, ranking, and marketplace quality. Vefogix does not guarantee placement, traffic, impressions, or sales volume.
10. Fair Use and Abuse Prevention
Users may not:
- manipulate search or ranking systems,
- create multiple accounts for exposure or fraud,
- misuse revisions or disputes to obtain free work,
- use stolen content or fake proofs,
- exploit bugs, loopholes, or system errors,
- harass, blackmail, or pressure another user.
11. Policy Enforcement
Violations of this Marketplace Policy may result in:
- warnings,
- Gig rejection or removal,
- order cancellation,
- payout holds,
- reduced visibility,
- temporary restrictions,
- suspension,
- permanent ban.
Vefogix reserves the right to take action it deems necessary to protect the Platform, its users, and its business.
12. Policy Updates
This Marketplace Policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Platform after updates take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
