These Payment Terms govern all payments made to or through Vefogix in connection with services offered on the Platform. By making, receiving, authorizing, or requesting any payment or payout on Vefogix, you agree to these Payment Terms.
These Payment Terms supplement the Terms of Service and other applicable Platform Policies. In the event of a conflict, these Payment Terms control for payment-related matters.
2.1 Upfront Payment
Buyers must complete payment before an Order begins, unless a different billing flow is clearly offered on the Platform.
2.2 Payment Methods
Available payment methods may include credit cards, debit cards, bank transfer, wallet-based payments, UPI, PayPal, or other methods displayed at checkout.
2.3 Fees
Vefogix may charge Buyers platform fees, service fees, convenience fees, small-order fees, taxes, currency conversion charges, or similar amounts. All applicable charges will be displayed before payment is completed.
2.4 Authorization
By submitting payment details, the Buyer authorizes Vefogix and its Payment Service Providers to charge the selected payment method for the total amount due.
2.5 Platform-Only Rule
Buyers may not make payments outside the Platform for services introduced, negotiated, or managed through Vefogix.
3.1 Earnings Credit
Once an Order is completed in accordance with Platform workflow, the Publisher’s account will be credited with Earnings, subject to any applicable fees, holds, taxes, or deductions.
3.2 Net Earnings
Publisher Earnings are calculated from the Order value after deduction of: Vefogix commissions or fees, applicable taxes, refunds or partial refunds, chargebacks or reversals, penalties or platform adjustments, and any other disclosed or authorized deductions.
3.3 No Off-Platform Protection
Vefogix does not protect, track, mediate, or guarantee payments made outside the Platform.
4.1 Clearance Period
Earnings may be subject to a review or safety clearance period before they become available for withdrawal.
4.2 Holds and Reserves
Vefogix may place a hold, reserve, or restriction on funds where reasonably necessary to: prevent fraud or abuse, investigate suspicious behavior, address complaints, disputes, or chargebacks, verify account ownership or payout details, comply with tax, legal, or regulatory requirements, or protect users or the Platform.
4.3 Offsets
Vefogix may offset any amount owed by a Publisher against current or future Earnings.
5.1 Eligibility
Only Available Balance may be withdrawn.
5.2 Withdrawal Methods
Withdrawal methods may vary by country, currency, payment provider availability, and account status. Available options will be shown in the user’s payout area.
5.3 Verification
Vefogix may require identity verification, payment verification, address verification, or tax verification before enabling withdrawals.
5.4 Processing Time
Withdrawal timing depends on the selected payout method, payment provider, banking system, country, and any applicable review period.
5.5 Fees
Withdrawal fees or processor fees may apply and will be disclosed where available.
5.6 Finality
Once a withdrawal request has been submitted and processed, it may not be canceled, reversed, or recalled.
5.7 Restricted Accounts
If an account is suspended, disabled, or under investigation, Vefogix may delay or restrict withdrawals until review is complete and all disputes, chargebacks, compliance checks, and policy issues are resolved.
Users are responsible for their own tax obligations arising from use of the Platform, including GST, VAT, sales tax, withholding tax, income tax, or similar obligations, depending on their jurisdiction.
Vefogix may collect, deduct, withhold, report, or remit taxes where required by law.
7.1 Refunds
Approved refunds may be issued to the Buyer’s original payment method, Vefogix Balance, or another permitted refund route, depending on the payment method, processor rules, transaction status, and applicable law.
7.2 Chargebacks
If a Buyer files a chargeback or payment dispute, Vefogix may investigate and respond to the dispute using available order records, communication logs, files, and delivery evidence.
7.3 Recovery of Funds
If a chargeback, reversal, or unauthorized transaction claim is upheld, the related amount and any associated costs may be deducted from the Publisher’s balance, reserve, or future payouts.
7.4 Evidence
Publishers agree to cooperate with chargeback investigations and provide requested evidence.
Vefogix may cancel an Order, reverse funds, or delay payout where: the Order is canceled under Platform rules, the service was not delivered as agreed, fraud or policy violations are suspected, the payment was unauthorized, the transaction is unlawful or restricted, or Vefogix reasonably determines intervention is required.
Vefogix may offer credits, discount codes, coupons, or promotional benefits. Unless otherwise stated: they have no cash value, they are non-transferable, they may be subject to expiry, they may be revoked for misuse, abuse, or fraud, and they may be governed by additional terms disclosed with the promotion.
Users may not: request or accept off-platform payment, split payments to bypass fees or controls, use stolen or unauthorized payment methods, abuse refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations, manipulate checkout or payout systems, or engage in money laundering, fraudulent activity, or payment abuse.
Violations may result in fund holds, account suspension, payout restrictions, legal reporting, or permanent removal from the Platform.
Vefogix may update these Payment Terms from time to time. Continued use of payment features after the updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
