Welcome to Vefogix, a freelance services marketplace that connects buyers and publishers. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of the platform, including all services, features, and transactions conducted through Vefogix.
If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the platform.
To use Vefogix, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
Users are allowed only one account unless explicitly permitted. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Vefogix reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, engage in suspicious behavior, or violate these terms.
Vefogix operates as an intermediary marketplace that facilitates connections between buyers and publishers. We do not directly provide the services listed on the platform.
Publishers are solely responsible for the services they offer, including quality, delivery, and compliance with applicable laws. Buyers are responsible for reviewing gig details and making informed purchasing decisions.
All transactions must be conducted within the Vefogix platform. Buyers are required to make payments upfront before an order is initiated. Publishers will receive payment after successful delivery and completion of the order, subject to any applicable clearance or review period.
Any attempt to bypass the platform's payment system, including requesting or making payments outside Vefogix, is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination.
All communication between users must occur within the Vefogix platform. Sharing personal contact information, including email addresses, phone numbers, or third-party messaging details, is not allowed.
Attempts to redirect communication or transactions outside the platform compromise user safety and are strictly prohibited.
Publishers are required to deliver services as described in their gig within the specified timeframe. Buyers may request revisions based on the scope defined in the gig.
Failure to deliver on time, incomplete work, or poor-quality service may result in order cancellation, penalties, or account restrictions.
Orders may be cancelled under specific conditions, including failure to deliver, non-compliance with requirements, or mutual agreement between both parties.
In the event of a dispute, Vefogix may act as a mediator and reserves the right to make final decisions based on available evidence. Repeated misuse of the cancellation system may result in penalties.
Users may leave reviews based on their experience. Reviews must be honest and unbiased. Manipulation of ratings, fake reviews, or incentivizing feedback is strictly prohibited.
Vefogix reserves the right to remove reviews that violate policy.
Users agree not to engage in the following:
Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent account termination.
Users retain ownership of their content but grant Vefogix a limited license to display, promote, and distribute content within the platform.
Users must ensure that any content uploaded does not infringe on third-party rights.
Vefogix is not liable for disputes between users, service quality issues, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.
Vefogix reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time, without prior notice, for violations of these Terms.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of relevant courts.
